    We go over your answers and gather the information we still need to price your project.

    Presented on a second call: what is included, what is optional, what is excluded, the lead times and the price. Nothing starts until you sign.

Frame

You know exactly what you are going to do, for whom, for how much and by when.

You approve: the positioning, the scope, the budget and the schedule, in writing.

At the end: a written positioning, a scope, a budget per item, a schedule and selected suppliers.

Design

Phase 3 of 3

Make

Everything is made and delivered on site, with a pre-shipment inspection when your order includes it.

You approve: the samples, before the production run.

At the end: your store’s furniture, fit-out, equipment and printed materials, delivered on site, ready for your contractors to install.

How we work

One channel, written approvals.

The schedule moves at the pace of your approvals: any time spent waiting on an approval pushes delivery back by the same amount.

Before the project, optional: the opportunity study.

For a project you have decided on. It answers one question: what form gives your project the best chance in its market? Competition, positioning, target price, constraints. It ends with a clear recommendation. It’s a paid service, separate from the first call, and credited toward the project if your quote provides for it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

First call, quote, quality, lead times: our answers, written before you sign.

What is the first call for?

We go over your answers to the questionnaire and gather the information we still need to price your project. It is used to prepare your quote, nothing else: work on the project starts after you sign.

What is the difference between the first call and the “Frame” phase?

The first call prepares your quote, with no commitment. “Frame” is the first phase of the project, once the quote is signed: we set the scope, the budget item by item, the suppliers and the schedule, and we hand these documents over to you.

What does the quote contain?

What is included, what is optional and what is excluded, the deliverables, the schedule, the price and the payment terms. You know what you are buying before you sign.

Can I change my mind along the way?

One round of changes is included for each deliverable. Beyond that, or if a change reopens a step you’ve already approved, it requires an additional quote.

What if the project runs late?

We let you know as soon as a delay is foreseeable. The lead times in the quote are suspended while we wait for an approval from you: the schedule moves at the pace of your approvals, and any time spent waiting on an approval pushes delivery back by the same amount. The details are in the terms of sale attached to your quote.
