Your estimate, in detail
What it contains
- The list of trades your project needs, based on the needs you check: from the project manager to the web designer for a store, from the sourcing agent to the packaging designer for a brand.
- For each trade, its cost on the market, calculated from your answers: floor area or number of products, finish level, needs and, for a brand, the size of the first order.
- A trade whose cost depends too much on the project to be estimated is marked “quoted separately”.
Who it’s for
- For entrepreneurs who know what they want to open or launch and want to know what their project would cost if they put it together themselves.
- A physical store or a brand, sold to consumers or to businesses.
- Every store or brand project gets its estimate, even when it isn’t ready to start yet.
How to read it
- It’s the market cost of the trades you’d have to hire and coordinate yourself. It isn’t a Make Lab quote.
- Your quote is presented on a second call, side by side with your estimate, line by line.
- Your estimate is emailed to you: after our first call if your project fits what we do, directly otherwise.
